ما هي الرعاية طوال اليوم في المدرسة الابتدائية؟
في برلين، جميع المدارس الابتدائية هي مدارس تقدم الرعاية طوال اليوم. ويمكن لطفلك فيها التعلّم واللعب والحصول على الرعاية من الصف الأول حتى الصف السادس. وهناك نوعان منها (وقد تختلف الأوقات قليلاً من مدرسة إلى أخرى):
المدرسة المفتوحة التي تقدم الرعاية طوال اليوم (Offene Ganztagsschule)
تكون الحصص الدراسية فيها من الساعة 8:00 حتى 13:30. وتتوفر الرعاية والدعم التربوي التكميلي (eFöB) عند الحاجة بين الساعة 6:00 و8:00 صباحاً وبين الساعة 13:30 و18:00. ويمكن اصطحاب الطفل من المدرسة ابتداءً من الساعة 13:30.
المدرسة المُلزمة التي تقدم الرعاية طوال اليوم (Gebundene Ganztagsschule)
تتناوب الحصص الدراسية والأنشطة الترفيهية بين الساعة 8:00 و16:00. وتتوفر الرعاية والدعم التربوي التكميلي (eFöB) عند الحاجة بين الساعة 6:00 و8:00 صباحاً وبين الساعة 16:00 و18:00. ويمكن اصطحاب من الدرسة الطفل ابتداءً من الساعة 16:00.
ماذا تعني الرعاية بعد الدوام المدرسي (Hort) أو الرعاية والدعم التربوي التكميلي (eFöB)؟
الرعاية والدعم التربوي التكميلي (eFöB) هي الرعاية التي يحصل عليها الطفل خارج أوقات الحصص الدراسية. وتشمل:
الرعاية الصباحية المبكرة من الساعة 6:00 حتى 8:00
الرعاية بعد انتهاء الدوام المدرسي حتى الساعة 18:00
الرعاية خلال العطل المدرسية
وللحصول على هذه الرعاية، يحتاج كل طفل إلى قسيمة رعاية (Betreuungsgutschein). وتحدد هذه القسيمة أوقات الرعاية المناسبة لك. ويمكنك العثور على طلب الحصول عليها في الرابط: (Schritt für Schritt zum Betreuungsgutschein).
مهم
اعتباراً من شهر أغسطس/آب، أي في الصيف الذي يسبق التحاق طفلك بالمدرسة، يمكنه الاستفادة من الرعاية والدعم التربوي التكميلي (eFöB) والتعرف على المدرسة والعاملين التربويين فيها في أجواء هادئة. تذكّر أن تتقدم بطلب الحصول على قسيمة الرعاية (Betreuungsgutschein) في أقرب وقت ممكن (على أبعد تقدير قبل ثلاثة أشهر من الموعد المطلوب). ينتهي مكان طفلك في الروضة (Kita) في 31 يوليو/تموز. واعتباراً من شهر أغسطس/آب، لن يتمكن طفلك الذي سيلتحق بالمدرسة من الاستمرار في الذهاب إلى الروضة.
كم تبلغ تكلفة مكان الرعاية في برنامج الرعاية والدعم التربوي التكميلي (eFöB)؟
تعتمد تكلفة الرعاية والدعم التربوي التكميلي (eFöB) في برلين على الصف الدراسي الذي يدرس فيه الطفل. وتكون التكاليف وأوقات الرعاية المحددة مذكورة في قسيمة الرعاية (Betreuungsgutschein).
من الصف الأول إلى الصف الثالث: الرعاية مجانية لجميع الأسر. ولكل طفل الحق في الحصول على مكان.
ابتداءً من الصف الرابع: تعتمد التكلفة على دخل الوالدين وعلى أوقات الرعاية المحجوزة.
وجبة الغداء مشمولة: وهي مجانية لجميع الأطفال من الصف الأول حتى الصف السادس. ومن الأفضل أن تستفسر مباشرةً لدى المدرسة عن كيفية تسجيل طفلك للحصول على وجبة الغداء.
خطوة بخطوة للحصول على قسيمة الرعاية
ابحث هنا عن الطلب المناسب لنوع المدرسة التي يرتادها طفلك (على سبيل المثال: المدرسة المفتوحة التي تقدم الرعاية طوال اليوم (Ganztagsschule)) من أجل الحصول على الرعاية والدعم التربوي التكميلي (Antrag für die eFöB). وإذا لم تكن متأكداً من الطلب المناسب، فاستفسر لدى المدرسة.
بالنسبة للصفوف من الرابع إلى السادس، يجب عليك أيضاً تقديم مستند «إقرار لتحديد المساهمة في تكاليف الرعاية النهارية» ("Erklärung für die Festsetzung der Beteiligung an den Kosten der Tagesbetreuung").
يجب أن يوقّع كلا الوالدين على الطلب (أو إرفاق تفويض من الوالد الآخر بدلاً من ذلك).
تحقق من المستندات المطلوبة في حالتك، مثل إثباتات الدخل للصفوف من الرابع إلى السادس. وستجد قائمة بالمستندات المطلوبة في بوابة الخدمات (Unterlagenliste).
قدّم الطلب والمستندات إلى المدرسة (ويُفضل أن يتم ذلك مع تسجيل الطفل في المدرسة).
يقوم مكتب رعاية القاصرين (Jugendamt) بدراسة الطلب.
ستتلقى قسيمة الرعاية (Betreuungsgutschein) عبر البريد.
هل يمكن لطفلي الاستفادة من الرعاية والدعم التربوي التكميلي (eFöB) إذا كان لديه إعاقة؟
