Çocuğunun okul sonrası bakıma mı ihtiyacı var? Berlin'de sabah, öğleden sonra ve tatillerde geniş bir yelpazede hizmet veren tam gün okullar vardır. eFöB (halk arasında Hort olarak da bilinir) ilkokullarda ek bir destek ve bakım programıdır.
Hangi kurum sorumlu?
İlkokulda tam gün bakım nedir?
Berlin’de tüm ilkokullar tam gündür. Çocuğun 1. sınıftan 6. sınıfa kadar burada öğrenebilir, oynayabilir ve bakım hizmeti alabilir. İki tür vardır (saatler okula göre biraz değişebilir):
Açık tam gün okul
Dersler 8:00–13:30 arasındadır. EFöB (okul sonrası bakım) ihtiyaca göre 6:00–8:00 ve 13:30–18:00 saatleri arasındadır. Çocuk 13:30’dan sonra alınabilir.
Bağlı tam gün okul
Ders ve serbest zaman 8:00–16:00 arasında dönüşümlü olarak yapılır. EFöB ihtiyaca göre 6:00–8:00 ve 16:00–18:00 saatleri arasındadır. Çocuk 16:00’dan sonra alınabilir.
Hort veya eFöB ne anlama geliyor?
Tamamlayıcı eğitim ve bakım hizmeti, kısaca eFöB, ders saatleri dışındaki bakım hizmetidir. Buna şunlar dahildir:
• Sabah 06:00 ve 08:00 arası erken bakım
• Okul sonrası 18:00’e kadar bakım
• Tatil döneminde bakım
Bu hizmet için her çocuğun bir bakım kuponu olması gerekir. Bu belgede senin için uygun saatler yer alır. Başvuru formunu “Adım adım bakım kuponu” bölümünde bulabilirsin.
Önemli
Ağustos ayından itibaren, yani çocuğun okula başlamasından önceki yaz döneminde, çocuğun eFöB hizmetine katılabilir ve sakin bir dönemde okulu ve eğitimcileri tanıyabilir. Bakım kuponuna mümkün olduğunca erken, en geç 3 ay önceden başvurmayı unutma. Çocuğunun Kita hakkı 31 Temmuz’da sona erer. Ağustos ayından itibaren okula başlayacak çocuk artık Kita'ya gidemez.
EFöB'de bir çocuk bakım yerinin ücreti ne kadardır?
Berlin’de eFöB hizmeti, çocukların sınıf düzeyine göre genellikle ücretsizdir. Ücretler ve bakım saatleri, bakım kuponunda belirtilir.
- 1–3. sınıf: Bakım tüm aileler için ücretsizdir. Her çocuğun bir bakım yeri hakkı vardır.
- 4. sınıftan itibaren: Ücret, ebeveynlerin gelirine ve seçilen bakım saatlerine göre değişir.
Öğle yemeği dahildir: 1–6. sınıf arasındaki tüm çocuklar için ücretsizdir. Çocuğunu öğle yemeğine nasıl kaydettireceğinin bilgisini doğrudan okuldan alabilirsin.
Adım adım bakım kuponu
- Burada okul türüne göre (örneğin açık tam gün okul) eFöB için uygun başvuru formunu bulabilirsin. Emin değilsen, okulundan doğru formu sor.
- 4.–6. sınıflar için ayrıca “Gündüz bakım masraflarına katılımın belirlenmesi için beyan” adlı belgeyi de vermen gerekir.
- Her iki ebeveynin de imza atması gerekir (alternatif olarak diğer ebeveynin vekâleti eklenebilir).
- Hangi belgelerin senin için gerekli olduğunu kontrol et. Örneğin 4.–6. sınıflar için gelir belgeleri gerekir. Gerekli belgelerin listesini Serviceportal’da bulabilirsin.
- Başvuru formunu ve belgeleri okula teslim et (en iyisi okul kaydıyla birlikte).
- Jugendamt başvurunu inceler.
- Bakım kuponu sana posta ile gönderilir.
Çocuğumun bir engeli varsa eFöB'e gidebilir mi?
Evet. Engelli çocuklar da eFöB kapsamında uygun destek alır. Uygun niteliklere sahip bir uzman, çocuğunu grup etkinliklerinde destekler. Çocuğunun günlük hayatta pratik yardıma veya bakıma ihtiyacı var mı? Örneğin tekerlekli sandalye ile hareket etmek, yemek yemek ya da tuvalete gitmek gibi? Bu durumda çocuğunun profesyonel bir eşlikçi (okul içi inklüzyon asistanı) ihtiyacı olabilir. Bunun için eFöB’deki veya okuldaki uzman personelle konuş. Ayrıca bulunduğun ilçedeki SIBUZ da sana bu konuda danışmanlık verebilir.
