Adres kaydı neden önemlidir?
Adres kaydı yaptırmadan birçok resmi işlemi yapamazsın.
Örneğin:
- Banka hesabı açmak,
- Aufenthaltserlaubnis (Oturum izni) başvurusunda bulunmak,
- Sosyal yardımlara başvurmak,
- Vergi kimlik numarası almak
gibi pek çok işlem için gereklidir.
Adresini kaydettirmek zorundasın. Bu yükümlülüğün yerine getirilmemesi hâlinde idari para cezası uygulanabilir.
Adresimi nasıl kaydettiririm?
Adres kaydını iki şekilde yapabilirsin: Randevu alarak Bürgeramt’ta (Nüfus Dairesi), veya çevrimiçi. Ancak çevrimiçi başvuru sadece bazı şartlar sağlanırsa mümkündür.

So funktioniert die Anmeldung online:
- Du musst dich mit einem BundID-Konto anmelden. Wenn du noch kein Bund-ID-Konto hast, musst du ein Konto anlegen.
- Du darfst die Anmeldung für dich und für Familienmitglieder machen. Wenn du die Anmeldung für Familienmitglieder auch machst, klicke im Formular auf „Bestätigung der Berechtigung“.
- Wenn Eltern mit gemeinsamem Sorgerecht zusammenleben, kann ein Elternteil das gemeinsame Kind allein anmelden. Klicke im Formular auf „Bestätigung der Berechtigung“. Getrenntlebende Eltern können die Anmeldung nur mit Termin im Bürgeramt erledigen.
- Wenn du einen Personalausweis mit Online-Funktion oder eine Unionsbürgerkarte hast, wirst du zur AusweisApp weitergeleitet. Dort wird deine Adresse automatisch aktualisiert.
Wenn du die Meldebestätigung bekommst, schau gleich nach, ob alle deine Daten, zum Beispiel Name, Geburtsdatum, Adresse richtig sind.

Mit Termin im Bürgeramt
Es kann schwierig sein, einen Termin im Bürgeramt zu finden. Hier ein paar Tipps:
- Schaue früh am Morgen, wenn die neuen Termine freigeschaltet werden.
- Du kannst in jedem Bürgeramt in Berlin die Anmeldung des Wohnsitzes erledigen. Klicke auf der Seite „Alle Standorte auswählen“ an.
- Aktualisiere die Seite regelmäßig, bis ein Termin erscheint.
Wenn du keinen Termin innerhalb der ersten zwei Wochen findest, ist das nicht schlimm. Wenn du vor dem Termin nach der Meldebestätigung gefragt wirst, reicht es aus, wenn du die Terminbestätigung zeigst.
So läuft dein Termin im Bürgeramt ab:
- Wenn du einen Termin online buchst, bekommst du per E-Mail eine Bestätigung mit einer Vorgangsnummer.
- Gehe pünktlich zum Bürgeramt und bringe deine Unterlagen mit.
- Wenn du im Bürgeramt ankommst, brauchst du deine Vorgangsnummer.
- Schaue auf den Bildschirm: er zeigt deine Vorgangsnummer und in welchen Warteraum du musst. Wenn du an der Reihe bist, siehst du hier auch, in welches Büro und zu welchem Tisch du gehen musst.
- Der Termin dauert etwa 15 Minuten. Die Person, die sich um deinen Antrag kümmert, wird dir nur ein paar Fragen stellen. Der Termin ist nicht kompliziert: du kommst auch mit wenig Deutsch gut zurecht.
- Du erhältst beim Termin die Meldebestätigung.
Kimler adres kaydı yaptırmak zorundadır?
Berlin’de yaşayan herkesin adres kaydı yaptırması zorunludur.
Ama bazı durumlarda adres kaydı yaptırmak gerekmez:
- Berlin’de 3 aydan kısa süre kalıyorsan
- Berlin’de 6 aydan kısa süre kalıyorsan ve Almanya’nın başka bir şehrinde zaten kayıtlıysan
- Askerlik, polislik, federal gönüllü hizmeti veya sivil hizmet kapsamında (12 aya kadar) resmî lojmanda kalıyorsan
- Kamu hizmeti kapsamında eğitim veya hizmet içi eğitim için resmî konaklama yerlerinde kalıyorsan

Taşındıktan sonra 14 gün içinde adres kaydını yaptırmalısın.
Ücreti Nedir?
Adres kaydı ücretsizdir.
Dikkat edilmesi gerekenler
Bazı kişiler Bürgeramt (Nüfus Dairesi) randevusu veya Meldebestätigung (adres kaydı) satıyor olabilir.
Bu teklifler resmî değildir ve çoğu zaman dolandırıcılıktır. Ödeme yapsan bile randevu veya Meldebestätigung alamazsın.
Adres kaydı yaptırırken gerçekten yaşadığın adreste oturuyor olman gerekir.
Gerçekte yaşamadığın bir adresi kaydettirmek yasaktır.
Kayıttan sonra ne olur
Almanya’da ilk kez adres kaydı yaptırıyorsan, Steuer-Identifikationsnummer (Steuer-ID) (vergi kimlik numaran) sana posta ile gönderilir. Bu numara Finanzamt (vergi dairesi), Jobcenter (İş Kurumu) veya işveren işlemleri için gereklidir. Bu numarayı 3 ay içinde almazsan, Steuer-ID (vergi kimlik numaranı) Bundeszentralamt für Steuern (BZSt) (Federal Vergi Dairesenden) tekrar talep edebilirsin.
Postanın sana ulaşabilmesi için adının posta kutusunda yazması gerekir. Eğer adın yoksa, posta adresine “c/o” veya “bei” eklenmelidir.
Ayrıca Rundfunkbeitrag (radyo-televizyon katkı payına) ilişkin bildirim de posta ile gönderilir.
