За вашим ребёнком некому присмотреть до или после школы? В Берлине есть Ganztagsschulen (школы полного дня) с разнообразными предложениями по досугу в первой и второй половине дня, а также во время каникул. Продлёнка в начальной школе называется Hort, а официальное название – eFöB (программа дополнительного развития и присмотра за детьми).

Что такое полный день в начальной школе?
Каждая Grundschule (начальная школа) в Берлине работает по модели Ganztagsschule (школы полного дня). Ваш ребёнок будет посещать начальную школу с 1 по 6 класс. Там дети учатся, играют и находятся под присмотром. Есть два типа школ (расписание может немного отличаться зависимости от школы):
Offene Ganztagsschule (открытая школа полного дня)
Занятия проходят с 8:00 до 13:30. На eFöB (продлёнку) можно ходить с 6:00 до 8:00 и с 13:30 до 18:00. Ребёнка можно забрать начиная с 13:30.
Gebundene Ganztagsschule (обязательная школа полного дня)
Учёба и свободное время чередуются с 8:00 до 16:00. На eFöB (продлёнку) можно ходить с 6:00 до 8:00 и с 16:00 до 18:00. Ребёнка можно забрать начиная с 16:00.
Что такое Hort или eFöB (продлёнка)?
Ergänzende Förderung und Betreuung (программа дополнительного развития и присмотра за детьми), сокращённо eFöB – это присмотр за детьми во внеурочное время. То есть:
- по утрам с 6:00 до 8:00;
- после окончания занятий до 18:00;
- во время каникул.
Для получения места в группе продлённого дня нужен Betreuungsgutschein (ваучер на продлёнку). В нём будет указано, в какое время ребёнок будет ходить на продлёнку. Бланк заявления вы найдёте в разделе «Пошаговая инструкция по оформлению ваучера на продлёнку».
Это важно
До того как пойти в первый класс, начиная с августа ваш ребёнок может посещать eFöB, чтобы в спокойной обстановке познакомиться со школой и учителями. Не забудьте подать заявление на Betreuungsgutschein (ваучер на продлёнку) как можно раньше, не позднее чем за 3 месяца до начала посещения продлёнки! В детский сад можно ходить до 31 июля. С августа ваш будущий школьник больше не сможет ходить в садик.
А сколько стоит место на продлёнке?
В зависимости от класса, eFöB (продлёнка) в Берлине бывает бесплатной или платной. Стоимость и время посещения указаны в вашем Betreuungsgutschein (ваучере на продлёнку).
- С 1 по 3 класс: бесплатная продлёнка для всех. Каждый ребёнок имеет право ходить на продлёнку.
- С 4 класса: цена зависит от дохода родителей и забронированного времени.
Питание для всех детей с 1 по 6 класс бесплатное. Спросите прямо в школе, как записать ребёнка на обед!
Пошаговая инструкция по оформлению ваучера на продлёнку
- Выберите правильное заявление на eFöB, соответствующее форме обучения (например, открытая школа полного дня). Если есть сомнения, уточните в школе, какой бланк вам нужен.
- С 4 по 6 класс нужно дополнительно подавать «Erklärung für die Festsetzung der Beteiligung an den Kosten der Tagesbetreuung» (Декларацию для определения размера доплаты за посещение группы продлённого дня).
- Заявление должны подписать оба родителя (или вам надо предоставить доверенность от второго родителя).
- Проверьте, какие документы требуются в вашем случае (например, справка о доходах для 4–6 классов). Список документов вы найдёте на муниципальном сайте ServicePortal Berlin.
- Сдайте заявление и документы в школу (лучше всего вместе с Schulanmeldung (бланком записи в школу)).
- Jugendamt (Ведомство по делам несовершеннолетних) рассмотрит заявление.
- Вы получите Betreuungsgutschein (ваучер на продлёнку) бумажным письмом.
Может ли мой ребёнок посещать eFöB, если у него есть инвалидность?
Да. Детям с инвалидностью на eFöB оказывают необходимую поддержку. Специально обученный сотрудник поможет вашему ребёнку участвовать в групповых занятиях. Вашему ребёнку нужна помощь в повседневной жизни или уход (например, при передвижении на инвалидной коляске, во время еды или при посещении туалета)? В таком случае, возможно, ребёнку нужен личный помощник («schulische Inklusionsassistenz» – школьный ассистент по инклюзии). Поговорите об этом с сотрудниками группы продлённого дня или с учителями. Вы таже можете обратиться в психолого-педагогические консультационные центры по инклюзии SIBUZ в вашем районе.
