Какая инстанция за это отвечает?
Schulamt (ведомство по делам школ) распределяет детей по школам;
Kinder- und Jugendgesundheitsdienst, сокращённо KJGD (служба здравоохранения для детей и подростков) проводит дошкольное обследование;
Schulaufsicht (служба школьного надзора) даёт отсрочку от школы или разрешает пойти в первый класс раньше, чем положено;
Jugendamt (Ведомство по делам несовершеннолетних) может продлить ваучер в детский сад.
Переходный период: вашему ребёнку исполняется 6 лет, и он скоро пойдёт в школу!
В Берлине каждый ребёнок обязан ходить в школу , если до 30 сентября текущего года ему исполняется 6 лет. Занятия начинаются после летних каникул, в конце августа или начале сентября.
В садике ребёнку помогут подготовиться к первому классу. Например, в саду рассказывают о школе, занимаются развитием речи, проводят подготовительные занятия и устравают для детей прощальный праздник. Рекомендуется, чтобы ваш ребёнок за год до первого класса обязательно ходил в садик!

Что нужно сделать для поступления в школу?
В Берлине запись в школу на следующий учебный год проходит всегда за 10 месяцев до начала занятий, а именно в течение двух недель до начала осенних каникул. Прежде чем ребёнок пойдёт в школу, нужно сделать несколько шагов (см. руководство «Запись в школу»).
- Посетите день открытых дверей в Grundschule (начальной школе).
- Отведите ребёнка на дошкольное обследование.
- Приходите вместе с ребёнком для регистрации в начальную школу, за которой вы закреплены.
При необходимости подайте заявление на:
- перевод в другую школу («Umschulungsantrag»);
- отсрочку начала обучения на один год;
- досрочное зачисление в школу;
- посещение eFöB (продлёнки);
- проверку на sonderpädagogischer Förderbedarf (потребность в помощи коррекционных педагогов).

В какую школу пойдёт мой ребенок?
Каждая школа отвечает за определённую территорию (по-немецки Einzugsbereich – район обслуживания). Детям гарантировано место в школе по месту жительства и вы обязаны сначала записать ребёнка именно туда. Спросите у соседей, к какой школе вы прикреплены, или воспользуйтесь онлайн-поиском:
Внимание: здесь указаны не все школы! Если вы задаёте свой адрес и система не находит школу, наберите в поисковике «Schuleinzugsgebiet + название района».
Могу ли я записать ребёнка в другую начальную школу?
Да, вы можете выбрать другую начальную школу. Для этого вам нужно подать Umschulungsantrag (заявление о переводе в другую школу) с обоснованием. Сможет ли ребёнок хоить в другую школу, зависит от того, есть ли там ещё свободные места.
Вы можете обосновать заявление тем, что у школы особый профиль. Например, если вы хотите, чтобы ребёнок посещал одну из Staatliche Europa-Schule Berlin (Государственных европейских школ Берлина).
Как проходит дошкольное обследование?
Перед началом учёбы ваш ребёнок должен пройти обследование в Kinder- und Jugendgesundheitsdienst (KJGD) (службе здравоохранения для детей и подростков). Школьный врач проверит у ребёнка слух, зрение и речь, посмотрит, как он двигается, а также как он развит умственно и физически.
Это обследование – не экзамен. Оно помогает понять, нужна ли вашему ребёнку помощь с изучением немецкого или сопровождение школьного ассистента. Дети, которые ещё не готовы к школе и посещают детский сад, могут пойти в школу на год позже (см. раздел «Отсрочка начала обучения»).

Это важно
В каждом районе города запись на дошкольное обследование проходит по-разному. Иногда дату назначают автоматически и вы получаете уведомление бумажным письмом. В других районах вам нужно записываться на обследование самостоятельно. Если у вас еще нет записи, проверьте, не можете ли вы записать ребёнка на обследование в своём районе самостоятельно на портале госуслуг Берлина:
Что такое отсрочка начала обучения и почему её рекомендуют некоторым детям?
Zurückstellen (отсрочка начала обучения) – это значит, что ребёнок пойдёт в школу на год позже. Это лучше для детей, которые ещё не успели выучить немецкий язык или не готовы к первому классу эмоционально или в социальном плане. Перенос начала обучения также может помочь лучше адаптироваться в школе детям, которым трудно концентрироваться или у которых есть проблемы со здоровьем. Отсрочка обучения – это не наказание и ничего плохого в этом нет.
Рекомендация: запланируйте всё заранее! Поговорите о возможности отсрочки в детском саду примерно за год до того, как ребёнку по возрасту будет положено пойти в школу.
Was passiert, wenn mein Kind zur Einschulung nicht genügend Deutsch spricht?
Bei der Schuleingangsuntersuchung wird geschaut, wie gut dein Kind Deutsch versteht und spricht. Danach wird entschieden, ob und in welcher Form eine Förderung sinnvoll ist. Zum Beispiel gibt es in Berlin:
- Sprachförderung in der Kita
- Vorkurse Deutsch vor der Einschulung
- Willkommensklassen (für Kinder ab 8 Jahren)
- Sprachförderung in der Schule, zum Beispiel durch zusätzliche Stunden, Willkommensklassen oder ausgebildete Pädagoginnen
Tipp: Sprich das Thema Sprache offen in Kita und Schule an und erkundige dich bei Beratungsstellen, wie du dein Kind gut unterstützen kannst! Mehrsprachigkeit ist eine Ressource. Die Erstsprache bleibt wichtig.
