المرحلة الانتقالية: طفلي سيبلغ من العمر 6 سنوات وسيبدأ المدرسة قريباً!

هل يمكنني تسجيل طفلي في مدرسة ابتدائية أخرى؟
نعم، يمكنك أيضاً اختيار مدرسة ابتدائية أخرى لطفلك. وللقيام بذلك، يجب عليك تقديم طلب مبرر للانتقال إلى مدرسة أخرى. وتعتمد إمكانية قبول طفلك في المدرسة المطلوبة على ما إذا كانت لا تزال هناك أماكن شاغرة فيها.

ماذا يحدث أثناء فحص القبول المدرسي؟

تختلف طريقة تنظيم مواعيد فحص القبول المدرسي من منطقة إلى أخرى في برلين. ففي بعض المناطق يتم تحديد المواعيد تلقائياً، وتتلقى إشعاراً بذلك عبر البريد. وفي مناطق أخرى، يتعين عليك حجز الموعد بنفسك. وإذا لم يكن لديك موعد بعد، فتحقق مما إذا كان بإمكانك حجزه لمنطقتك عبر بوابة الخدمات (Serviceportal):
ماذا يعني تأجيل الالتحاق بالمدرسة، ولماذا يُنصح به لبعض الأطفال؟
يعني تأجيل الالتحاق بالمدرسة أن يبدأ الطفل الدراسة بعد عام واحد من الموعد المعتاد. ويكون هذا التأجيل مناسباً للأطفال الذين ما زالوا بحاجة إلى تعلم اللغة الألمانية أو يحتاجون إلى مزيد من الوقت من ناحية التطور العاطفي أو الاجتماعي. كما قد يساعد التأجيل الأطفال الذين يواجهون صعوبة في التركيز أو لديهم أسباب صحية على التأقلم بشكل أفضل عند بدء الدراسة. ولا يُعد تأجيل الالتحاق بالمدرسة عقوبة أو أمراً سلبياً.
توجيه: خطط مبكراً! ناقش موضوع الالتحاق بالمدرسة أو تأجيله خلال أحد اللقاءات في الروضة قبل نحو عام من موعد الالتحاق المتوقع.
ماذا يحدث إذا كان طفلي لا يتحدث الألمانية بما يكفي لبدء الدراسة في المدرسة؟
أثناء فحص القبول المدرسي، يتم تقييم مدى فهم طفلك للغة الألمانية وقدرته على التحدث بها. وبعد ذلك يُقرر ما إذا كان يحتاج إلى دعم لغوي، وما الشكل المناسب لهذا الدعم. ومن أمثلة برامج الدعم المتاحة في برلين:

دورات تمهيدية لتعلم اللغة الألمانية قبل الالتحاق بالمدرسة

Umschulungsantrag
Den Antrag auf Umschulung (Schulwechsel) brauchst du, wenn dein Kind nicht die Schule (Einzugsschule) besuchen soll, die für euren Wohnort vorgesehen ist, sondern eine andere Grundschule.
Das Formular „Schul 123" findest du hier:
Schreibe dazu eine kurze Begründung. Sie soll erklären, warum dein Kind diese andere Schule besuchen soll. Mögliche Gründe sind zum Beispiel:
- Die Schule hat ein besonderes Angebot, das dein Kind interessiert.
- Ein Geschwisterkind geht schon dort zur Schule.

Der Antrag ist ein zusätzliches Formular. Wenn nötig, gib es bei der Schulanmeldung ab (siehe Schulanmeldebogen).
Schulanmeldebogen
Das Formular für die Anmeldung von deinem Kind an der zuständigen Grundschule heißt Schulanmeldebogen.
Das Formular bekommst du entweder per Post oder im Sekretariat der zuständigen Grundschule (Einzugsschule). Die Anmeldung findet 2 Wochen vor den Herbstferien statt, ein Jahr vor dem Schulstart. Du kannst die Anmeldung direkt im Sekretariat ausfüllen.
Mitbringen:
- Formular von der Schuluntersuchung (Formularname "Schul 109")
- Personalpapiere von dir und vom Kind
- wenn nötig: Förderdokumente und Formular für den Umschulungsantrag (Formularname „Schul 123")

Antrag auf Zurückstellung
Mit diesem Antrag kann dein Kind ein Jahr später in die Schule gehen.
Es gibt mehrere Schritte, um eine Zurückstellung zu beantragen.
- Bitte die Kita um die "Fachliche Stellungnahme der Kindertagesstätte zur Vorlage bei der Schulaufsicht".

Melde dein Kind zur Schuluntersuchung an und fülle mit dem Arzt oder der Ärztin das "Form 109" aus.
- Gib das Formular bei der Schulanmeldung ab. Du bekommst die Entscheidung per Post.
- Verlängere den Kitagutschein beim Jugendamt.
