صندوق إعانات الأسرة التابع للوكالة الاتحادية للعمل في برلين-براندنبورغ (Familienkasse der Bundesagentur für Arbeit Berlin Brandenburg).
ما هي مستحقات الأطفال (Kindergeld)؟
تدفع الدولة في ألمانيا مستحقات الأطفال (Kindergeld) شهرياً للعديد من الأسر. تحصل عليها عن كل طفل حتى سن 18 عاماً، وفي حالات خاصة حتى سن 25 عاماً كحد أقصى. ومنذ يناير/كانون الثاني 2026، تبلغ قيمة المستحقات 259 يورو لكل طفل، بغضّ النظر عن دخلك.
تُصرف المستحقات للشخص الذي يعيش الطفل معه. وإذا كان الطفل لا يعيش مع أيٍّ من والديه، فتُصرف لوالد الطفل الذي يدفع نفقةً أكبر له. إذا كنت تقيم في برلين، فيجب عليك تقديم طلب مستحقات الأطفال لدى صندوق إعانات الأسرة (Familienkasse) في برلين-براندنبورغ. كما يمكن للأسر ذات الدخل المنخفض الحصول على الإعانة الإضافية للأطفال (Kinderzuschlag). هل يمكنني الحصول على مستحقات الأطفال (Kindergeld)؟
كنت تعيش مع طفلك الذي يتراوح عمره بين 0 و18 عاماً في برلين أو كنت مسجلاً فيها.
كنت تعيش في برلين وكان طفلك الذي يتراوح عمره بين 18 و25 عاماً يتابع تأهيلاً مهنياً (Ausbildung) أو دراسة جامعية في برلين أو في مكان آخر. يمكنك الاطلاع هنا على مزيد من الشروط: (Kindergeld | Bundesagentur für Arbeit).

تصريح الإقامة
يحق لك الحصول على مستحقات الأطفال بواسطة معظم تصاريح الإقامة . لكن يجب أن تكون مدة صلاحية تصريح إقامتك ستة أشهر على الأقل.
أما بعض تصاريح الإقامة ، فلا تمنحك الحق في الحصول على مستحقات الأطفال أو تخضع لشروط خاصة:
في بعض الحالات، لا يمكنك الحصول على مستحقات الأطفال إلا إذا كنت تعمل أو تتلقى إعانة الوالدين (Elterngeld) أو إعانة فقدان الوظيفة (Arbeitslosengeld). وينطبق ذلك مثلاً على تصريح الإقامة للدراسة حسب (§ 16b AufenthG) أو تصريح الإقامة لأسباب إنسانية وفق (§ 23 Abs. 1 أو § 23a أو § 25 Abs. 3 bis 5 AufenthG).
وفي حالات أخرى، يمكنك الحصول على مستحقات الأطفال إذا كنت مقيماً بصورة قانونية في ألمانيا منذ 15 شهراً على الأقل. وينطبق ذلك مثلاً على تصريح الإقامة لأسباب إنسانية وفق (§ 23 Abs. 1 أو § 23a أو § 25 Abs. 3 bis 5 AufenthG).
وهناك تصاريح إقامة لا تتيح لك الحصول على مستحقات الأطفال مطلقاً. وغالباً ما تكون هذه التصاريح مخصصة للإقامة قصيرة الأمد. ومن ذلك على سبيل المثال بطاقة الفرص للبحث عن عمل (Such-Chancenkarte) وفق (§ 20a Abs. 5 Satz 1 AufenthG).
إذا لم تكن متأكداً مما إذا كان تصريح إقامتك يتيح لك الحصول على مستحقات الأطفال، فاطلب المشورة من أحد مراكز الاستشارة.

إذا كان لديك تصريح إقامة دائم (على سبيل المثال Niederlassungserlaubnis)، فيحق لك الحصول على مستحقات الأطفال.

دول الاتحاد الأوروبي أو المنطقة الاقتصادية الأوروبية
إذا كنت قادماً من إحدى دول الاتحاد الأوروبي (EU) أو المنطقة الاقتصادية الأوروبية (EWR)، فيحق لك الحصول على مستحقات الأطفال ضمن شروط معينة. ومن المهم أن يكون لديك حق حرية التنقل والإقامة (Freizügigkeitsberechtigung). ويعني ذلك أنك مواطن في إحدى دول الاتحاد الأوروبي وتستوفي الشروط المنصوص عليها في قانون حرية التنقل، كأن تكون تعمل في ألمانيا مثلاً. لكن لا يمكنك الحصول على مستحقات الأطفال إلا بعد مرور ثلاثة أشهر على أقرب تقدير.
وفي بعض الحالات، لا يحق لك الحصول على مستحقات الأطفال إذا كنت عاطلاً عن العمل.

إذا كان لديك تصريح إقامة لمقدّمي اللجوء (Aufenthaltsgestattung) أو تصريح إقامة مؤقتة لحين الترحيل (Duldung)، فلا يحق لك الحصول على مستحقات الأطفال. ويوجد استثناء واحد: إذا كان لديك تصريح إقامة مؤقتة لحين الترحيل بغرض العمل (Beschäftigungsduldung)، فيمكنك الحصول على مستحقات الأطفال.
يمكنك الحصول على مستحقات الأطفال (Kindergeld) إذا:
لا يحق لجميع الأشخاص الحصول على مستحقات الأطفال. فبحسب وضع الإقامة، توجد بعض الأحكام الخاصة. ويعتمد ذلك دائماً على وضع إقامة الوالدين:
ماذا يحدث إذا أوشك تصريح إقامتي على الانتهاء؟
إذا كنت قد قدمت طلب تمديد تصريح إقامتك عبر الإنترنت قبل انتهاء صلاحيته، فيجب عليك حفظ التأكيد الذي يظهر في نهاية الطلب كملف PDF. ويُعامل هذا التأكيد معاملة مذكرة تصريح الإقامة المؤقتة (Fiktionsbescheinigung). ويتعين على صندوق إعانات الأسرة (Familienkasse) الاعتراف به.

يتعين عليك طلب الاستشارة إذا:
- لم تكن متأكداً مما إذا كان يحق لك الحصول على مستحقات الأطفال، على سبيل المثال بعد الانفصال أو فقدان العمل.
- لم تكن تعرف ما إذا كان تصريح إقامتك يتيح لك الحصول على مستحقات الأطفال.
- تغير تصريح إقامتك أو انتهت صلاحيته بالفعل.
- كنت بحاجة إلى المساعدة لفهم الردود أو الرسائل الواردة من صندوق إعانات الأسرة، على سبيل المثال في حال رفض الطلب أو مطالبتك بإعادة مبالغ مالية.
- كان عليك إبلاغ صندوق إعانات الأسرة بمعلومات جديدة (Mitteilungspflicht) وكانت لديك أسئلة حول ذلك.

يمكنك تقديم طلب مستحقات الأطفال لدى صندوق إعانات الأسرة (Familienkasse) في برلين-براندنبورغ. وتتوفر لديك عدة طرق للتقديم:

قدّم الطلب في أقرب وقت ممكن. لا تُصرف مستحقات الأطفال بأثر رجعي إلا لمدة أقصاها ستة أشهر قبل تاريخ تقديم الطلب.
إذا كنت تنتظر مولوداً، فستتلقى بعد الولادة رسالة تلقائياً من صندوق إعانات الأسرة تتضمن رمزاً خاصاً. وباستخدام هذا الرمز يمكنك تقديم الطلب الإلكتروني بسهولة وسرعة.
