Что такое Kindergeld?
Kindergeld (пособие на ребёнка) – это ежемесячное государственное пособие, которое получают многие семьи в Германии. Эта выплата полагается на каждого ребёнка до 18 лет, а в особых случаях – максимум до 25 лет. С января 2026 года сумма составляет 259 евро на каждого ребёнка, независимо от вашего дохода.
Пособие получает тот родитель, с которым живёт ребёнок. Если ребёнок не живёт ни с одним из родителей, деньги получает тот родитель, который платит больше алиментов. Если вы проживаете в Берлине, вам нужно оформлять детское пособие через Familienkasse Berlin Brandenburg (Семейную кассу по Берлину и Бранденбургу). Семьи с низким доходом могут также получать Kinderzuschlag – надбавку на ребёнка (подробнее об этом на сайте Berliner Familienportal).
Имею ли я право на пособие на ребёнка?
- вы проживаете в Берлине со своим ребёнком в возрасте до 18 лет или зарегистрированы здесь по месту жительства;
- вы живёте в Берлине, а ваш ребёнок в возрасте от 18 до 25 лет получает Ausbildung (среднее профессиональное образование) или учится в вузе в Берлине или где-то ещё. Уточните подробности здесь: Kindergeld | Bundesagentur für Arbeit.

Aufenthaltserlaubnis (разрешение на пребывание)
По большинству типов Aufenthaltserlaubnis (временного разрешения на пребывание ) вы имеете право на пособие на рёбенка. Однако срок действия вашего документа должен быть не менее шести месяцев.
Некоторые виды Aufenthaltserlaubnis не дают доступа к пособию, или же существуют особые требования:
- В некоторых случаях вам положено пособие на рёбенка, только если вы работаете, получаете Elterngeld (родительское пособие) или Arbeitslosengeld (пособие по безработице). Например, если у вас студенческий вид на жительство (§ 16b AufenthG – Закона о пребывании) или гуманитарный вид на жительство согласно § 23 абз. 1, § 23a или § 25 абз. 3–5 AufenthG.
- В некоторых случаях вы получаете право на пособие на ребёнка, когда легально проведёте в Германии 15 месяцев. Это касается, например, гуманитарного вида на жительство согласно § 23 абз. 1, § 23a или § 25 абз. 3–5 AufenthG.
- Существуют виды на жительство , с которыми получение детского пособия невозможно. Обычно это документы, предполагающие лишь краткосрочное пребывание в стране – такие как Such-Chancenkarte (карта шансов для поиска работы) в соответствии с § 20a абз. 5 предл. 1 AufenthG.

Бессрочный вид на жительство
Если у вас неограниченный по сроку вид на жительство (например, Niederlassungserlaubnis (постоянный вид на жительство )), вы имеете право на пособие на ребёнка.

Страны Евросоюза или Европейской экономической зоны
Если вы приехали из другой страны Евросоюза или Европейской экономической зоны, при определённых условиях вы можете получать пособие на ребёнка. Важно, чтобы у вас было право на свободу передвижения. Это означает, что вы живёте в другой стране ЕС и вы отвечаете требованиям Закона о свободе передвижения, например, потому что работаете в Германии. Однако право на получение пособия на ребёнка возникает не ранее чем через 3 месяца.
В некоторых случаях вам не положено пособие на ребёнка, если вы безработный(ая).

Duldung (отсрочка депортации) или Aufenthaltsgestattung (разрешение на пребывание для просителей убежища)
Если у вас Duldung или Aufenthaltsgestattung, вы не будете получать пособие на ребёнка. Существует одно исключение: вы имеете право на эту выплату, если у вас Beschäftigungsduldung (отсрочка депортации в связи с трудовой деятельностью).
Вы получаете Kindergeld, если:

А если мой вид на жительство скоро заканчивается?
Если вы подали онлайн-заявление на продление вида на жительство до того, как срок действия вашего документа истёк, просто сохраните подтверждение о подаче заявления в формате PDF. Эта справка приравнивается к Fiktionsbescheinigung (временному удостоверению о легальном пребывании). Familienkasse (семейная касса) обязана принять этот документ.

Вам стоит обратиться за консультацией, если:
- вы не уверены, можете ли получать Kindergeld (пособие на ребёнка), например, потому что вы разошлись с партнёром или партнёркой или потеряли работу;
- вы не знаете, позволяет ли ваш вид на жительство получать Kindergeld;
- вы меняете вид на жительство на документ другого типа или срок действия вида на жительство истёк;
- вам нужна помощь с письмами от Familienkasse (Семейной кассы) – например, если вам отказали в выплатах или требуют вернуть деньги;
- вам нужно сообщить в Familienkasse новые сведения (чтобы выполнить «Mitteilungspflicht», т. е. обязанность по уведомлению) и у вас есть вопросы по этому поводу.

Подайте заявление лично в Familienkasse
Заявление можно подать и лично. В Берлине есть несколько отделений Семейной кассы: Familienkassen | Bundesagentur für Arbeit.
Заявление состоит из двух бланков:
Для детей в возрасте до 18 лет вам понадобится Steuer-ID (индивидуальный налоговый номер) – ваш и вашего ребёнка. Если ребёнок родился за границей, приложите к заявлению копию свидетельства о рождении . Если ребёнку от 18 до 25 лет, вы будете получать Kindergeld только при определённых условиях.

Это важно
Подавайте заявление как можно раньше. Kindergeld выплачивается задним числом не больше чем за 6 месяцев до подачи заявления.
Если вы беременны, то после рождения ребёнка вы автоматически получите от Familienkasse письмо со специальным кодом. С ним подать онлайн-заявление можно очень просто и быстро!
