Hangi kurum sorumlu?
Çocuk parası tam olarak nedir?
Devlet Almanya'da birçok aileye her ay çocuk parası ödüyor. Bu parayı 18 yaşına kadar olan her çocuk için, özel durumlarda ise en fazla 25 yaşına kadar alabiliyorsun. Çocuk parası, Ocak 2026'dan bu yana, gelire bakılmaksızın çocuk başına 259 Euro'dur.
Bu para çocuğun birlikte yaşadığı kişiye ödenir. Eğer çocuk ebeveynlerinden biriyle yaşamıyorsa, para çocuğa daha fazla nafaka ödeyen ebeveyne gider. Berlin'de yaşıyorsan, çocuk parası için Berlin Brandenburg Familienkasse'ye başvurman gerekir. Düşük gelirli aileler de çocuk yardımı alabilirler (bu konuda daha fazla bilgi için Berliner Familienportal).
Çocuk parası alabilir miyim?
- 0-18 yaşındaki çocuğunla birlikte Berlin'de yaşıyorsan veya burada kayıtlıysan

Oturma izni
Çoğu oturum izniyle çocuk parası alabilirsin. Ancak oturum izninin en az 6 ay geçerli olması gerekir.
Bazı oturum izinlerinde çocuk parası alamazsın ya da özel şartlar vardır:
- Bazen sadece çalışıyorsan, Elterngeld (ebeveyn parası) veya işsizlik parası alıyorsan çocuk parası alabilirsin. Örneğin eğitim amaçlı oturum izni (§ 16b AufenthG) veya insani nedenlerle verilen bazı oturum izinlerinde (§ 23 Abs. 1, § 23a veya § 25 Abs. 3–5 AufenthG).
- Bazı durumlarda ise Almanya’da 15 aydır yasal olarak bulunuyorsan çocuk parası alabilirsin. Bu da yine bazı insani oturum izinleri için geçerlidir (§ 23 Abs. 1, § 23a veya § 25 Abs. 3–5 AufenthG).
- Bazı oturum izinleriyle çocuk parası alamazsın. Bunlar genelde kısa süreli kalış için verilen izinlerdir. Örneğin İş Arama Fırsat Kartı (§ 20a Abs. 5 Satz 1 AufenthG).
Oturum izninle çocuk parası alıp alamayacağından emin değilsen, bir danışma merkezine sor.

Süresiz oturum izni (örneğin kalıcı oturum) ile çocuk parasına erişimin olur.

AB veya AEA ülkesi
Başka bir AB veya AEA ülkesinden geliyorsan, belirli şartlar altında çocuk parası alabilirsin. Önemli olan, serbest dolaşım hakkına sahip olmandır. Bu şu anlama gelir: Başka bir AB ülkesinden gelmiş olman ve Almanya’da örneğin çalışıyor olman gibi serbest dolaşım şartlarını yerine getirmen gerekir. Çocuk parasını en erken üç ay sonra alabilirsin.
Bazı durumlarda işsizsen çocuk parası alamayabilirsin.

Duldung (Müsamaha) ya da Aufenthaltsgestattung (iltica sürecine dair ikamet izni)
Duldung veya Aufenthaltsgestattung 'un varsa, çocuk parası alamazsın. Bir istisna vardır: Beschäftigungsduldung (çalışma amaçlı Duldung) ile çocuk parası alabilirsin.
