لماذا يُعدّ تسجيل محل السكن مهمًا؟
- لا يمكنك إنجاز العديد من المعاملات إلا بعد تسجيل محل سكنك رسميًا. فعلى سبيل المثال، يتيح لك التسجيل:
فتح حسابٍ مصرفي. - التقدّم بطلب الحصول على تصريح إقامة (Aufenthaltserlaubnis).
- التقدّم بطلب الحصول على إعانات اجتماعية؛
- وغيرها من الإجراءات.
يجب عليك تسجيل محل سكنك، ما لم قد تُفرض عليك غرامة مالية.
كيف أسجل محل سكني؟
هناك طريقتان لتسجيل محل السكن: إما بحجز موعد لدى مكتب شؤون المواطنين (Bürgeramt)، أو عبر الإنترنت. ولا يمكنك التسجيل عبر الإنترنت، إلّا إذا استوفيت شروطاً محددة.

هكذا يتم تسجيل محل السكن عبر الإنترنت:
- يجب عليك تسجيل الدخول باستخدام حسابك في BundID. إذا لم يكن لديك حساب BundID بعد، فيجب عليك إنشاء حساب جديد فيه.
- يمكنك إجراء التسجيل لنفسك ولأفراد عائلتك. إذا كنت تقوم أيضاً بتسجيل أفراد عائلتك معك، فانقر في النموذج على خيار «Bestätigung der Berechtigung» أي: تأكيد التوكيل.
- إذا كنتما والدين ولديكما حق حضانة مشتركة وتعيشان سويةً، فيجوز أيضاً لأحد الوالدين تولي عملية التسجيل للطفل المشترك بمفرده. لذلك انقر هنا أيضاً على خيار «Bestätigung der Berechtigung» أي: تأكيد التوكيل. لا يمكن للأبوين المنفصلين تسجيل السكن إلا عبر موعد في مكتب شؤون المواطنين (Bürgeramt).
- إذا كان لديك بطاقة هوية شخصية (Personalausweis) مفعّل فيها الاستخدام الإلكتروني أو بطاقة مواطن من الاتحاد الأوروبي (Unionsbürgerkarte)، فسيتم تحويلك إلى تطبيق AusweisApp. هناك سيتم تحديث عنوانك تلقائياً.
- عندما تحصل على تأكيد التسجيل (Meldebestätigung)، تحقق فوراً مما إذا كانت جميع بياناتك، مثل الاسم وتاريخ الميلاد والعنوان، صحيحة.

قد يكون من الصعب الحصول على موعد لدى مكتب شؤون المواطنين (Bürgeramt). إليك بعض التوجيهات:
- تحقق في الصباح الباكر، عندما يتم إتاحة المواعيد الجديدة.
- يمكنك إجراء تسجيل السكن لدى أي مكتب لشؤون المواطنين (Bürgeramt) في برلين. انقر في الصفحة على ("Alle Standorte auswählen") أي اختيار جميع المواقع.
- قم بتحديث الصفحة بانتظام حتى يظهر موعد متاح.
إذا لم تجد موعداً خلال أول أسبوعين، فلا مشكلة. إذا طُلب منك تأكيد التسجيل (Meldebestätigung) قبل الموعد، يكفي أن تُظهر تأكيد الموعد.

- أو كنت تقيم في سكن تابع لجهة عملك بسبب خضوعك لتدريب مهني أو دورة تأهيلية ضمن القطاع العام.
ما هي المهل الزمنية لتسجيل محل السكن؟
يجب عليك تسجيل محل سكنك خلال 14 يوماً من تاريخ انتقالك إلى محل سكنك الجديد.
كم تبلغ تكاليف تسجيل محل السكن؟
تسجيل محل السكن مجاني.
ما الذي ينبغي الانتباه إليه؟
هناك أشخاص يعرضون بيع مواعيد التسجيل لدى مكتب شؤون المواطنين (Bürgeramt) أو شهادات تسجيل محل السكن (Meldebestätigungen). تلك العروض غير رسمية وغالباً ما تكون عروض احتيال؛ حيث قد تدفع مالاً لموعد دون أن تحصل عليه أو على شهادة تسجيل محل سكن (Meldebestätigung) غير سارية بالفعل.
يجب أن تقيم فعلياً في المحل الذي تسجل عنوانك فيه. ولا يُسمح بتسجيل محل سكن لا تقيم فيه.
ما الذي يحدث بعد تسجيل محل السكن؟
عند تسجيل محل سكنك في ألمانيا للمرة الأولى، سيصلك عبر البريد رقم التعريف الضريبي (Steuer-Identifikationsnummer (Steuer-ID)). ستحتاج إلى هذا الرقم، على سبيل المثال، للتعامل مع مكتب الضرائب (Finanzamt)، أو مكتب معونات البطالة ( Jobcenter )، أو صاحب العمل.
وإذا لم يصلك شيء بعد مرور ثلاثة أشهر، فيمكنك طلب إعادة إصدار رقم التعريف الضريبي لدى المكتب الألماني المركزي للضرائب (Bundeszentralamt für Steuern – BZSt).

ستصلك أيضاً عبر البريد مطالبة بدفع رسوم البث الإذاعي والتلفزيوني (Beitragsbescheid für den Rundfunkbeitrag).
