Вы можете получить психосоциальную консультацию и без медицинской страховки. Многие услуги предоставляются бесплатно. Вам помогут и в том случае, если у вас только Duldung (отсрочка депортации) или нет вида на жительство. Чтобы получить консультацию, вам не нужно направление или диагноз от врача. Но иногда приходится довольно долго ждать, чтобы попасть на приём.
Как проходит консультация?
Вот как работает психосоциальное консультирование:
- Вы можете связаться с консультационным центром по телефону или имейлу или прийти лично, чтобы записаться на приём.
- Во время первой беседы вы вместе со специалистом определите, какая помощь подойдёт именно вам.
- Бывают индивидуальные и групповые консультации, а также занятия, которые помогают почувствовать себя увереннее в повседневной жизни (например, женские группы, профориентация).
- Всё, что вы расскажете, останется тайной.
- Часто консультация проводится с переводом, например, на арабском, фарси, украинском, английском, французском и других языках. Иногда консультанты сами знают ваш язык, иногда при разговоре присутствует переводчик. Так что вы можете говорить на языке, на котором вам комфортно общаться.
- При необходимости вас направят в другие консультационные центры, чтобы решить какие-то вопросы.
Рекомендация: по возможности возьмите с собой удостоверение личности и карту медицинского страхования. Так будет проще записаться на приём.
