Запись в детский сад: что обязательно нужно сделать?
Вы хотите записать ребёнка в детский сад? Тогда вам нужно: найти детский сад, оформить Kitagutschein (ваучер на детский сад), подписать договор с садиком и пройти с ребёнком фазу адаптации. Весь этот процесс может занять несколько месяцев. Так что начинайте действовать заранее!
Как найти место в саду?
В Берлине есть разные виды детских садов. Через онлайн-сервис Kita-Navigator Berlin вы можете найти все государственные садики в вашем районе. Там можно нацеленно искать садики, где говорят на вашем языке или принимают детей в определённом возрасте или детей с инвалидностью. Вы сразу увидите, если в саду есть свободные места.
В Kita-Navigator вы также найдёте так называемые «Elterninitiativ-Kitas» (EKT) – садики родительских инициатив. Этот вариант вам подойдёт, если для вас детский сад – это сообщество, где родители активно во всём участвуют и сами принимают решения. Если вы хотите, чтобы за вашим ребёнком присматривали в очень маленькой группе, рассмотрите как вариант Kindertagespflege (уход на дому у няни-воспитательницы). Более подробная информация о частных нянях есть на сайте Berlin.de.
Рекомендация: попробуйте связаться с садиком, который вам понравился, и по электронной почте, и лично – стоит туда позвонить или зайти. После летних каникул (в августе или сентябре) в садиках часто бывают свободные места. Предварительная запись открывается, как правило, с января или марта. Но бывает много исключений! Уточняйте, как именно распределяются места и как можно оставаться на связи с садиком. Будьте настойчивы!
Сколько стоит посещение садика?
Всех детей, проживающих в Берлине, берут в детский сад бесплатно. Вы доплачиваете только 23 евро в месяц за питание. В некоторых садиках бывают дополнительные занятия, например, музыка или физкультура. Иногда за них тоже приходится доплачивать. Что такое Kitagutschein?
На каждого ребёнка вам нужен ваучер на посещение детского сада – по-немецки Betreuungsgutschein или Kitagutschein. В ваучере указано, сколько часов ваш ребёнок может находиться в садике. Ваучер можно оформить онлайн или лично в отделении Jugendamt (Ведомства по делам несовершеннолетних) вашего района. Каждый ребёнок в возрасте от одного года имеет право посещать садик 5–7 часов в день. Если оба родителя работают, вам могут дать больше часов или более гибкий график посещения. Jugendamt поможет вам определить, какой график подходит именно в вашей ситуации. Например, вы можете получить право на гибкий график в садике, если вы часто работаете по вечерам или в выходные.

Подать заявление онлайн
- Нажмите ниже на «Онлайн-заявление».
- Заполните заявление на Kitagutschein онлайн.
- Распечатайте заполненный бланк, подпишите его (нужна подпись обоих родителей) и отправьте бумажным письмом по почте вместе со всем пакетом документов.
- Jugendamt пришлёт вам ответ бумажным письмом.

- Зайдите в FamilienServiceBüro (Службу поддержки семей) в вашем районе.
- Возьмите там бланк заявления.
- При необходимости сотрудники помогут вам и ответят на ваши вопросы на вашем языке.
- Подайте заполненное заявление прямо в FamilienServiceBüro.
- Ответ придёт от Jugendamt вашего района бумажным письмом.
