Kita kaydı: Hangi adımlar önemlidir?
Çocuğunu bir Kita’ya kaydettirmek mi istiyorsun? O zaman birkaç adımı tamamlaman gerekir: uygun bir Kita aramak, Kita kuponu başvurusu yapmak, Kita ile sözleşme imzalamak ve uyum sürecine başlamak. Bu süreç birkaç ay sürebilir. Bu yüzden erken başlaman önemlidir.
Arama: Kita'da nasıl yer bulabilirim?
Berlin'de Kita olarak da bilinen bir anaokulunda yer bulmanın çeşitli yolları vardır. Kita-Navigator Berlin ile bölgendeki tüm Kitaları çevrimiçi arayabilirsin. Örneğin, dil, yaş veya engelli çocukların kabulüne göre filtreleme yapabilirsin. Bir Kitada hala yer olup olmadığını doğrudan görebilirsin.
Kitanavigator'da "Elterninitiativ-Kitas" (EKT) olarak adlandırılan kurumları da bulabilirsin. Kita kuponu nedir?
Her çocuk için bir Betreuungsgutschein (bakım kuponu), yani Kitagutschein (Kita kuponu) gerekir. Bu kupon, çocuğunun Kitada kaç saat kalabileceğini gösterir. Bu kuponu, yaşadığın ilçedeki Jugendamt’a (Gençlik Dairesine) çevrim içi ya da şahsen başvurup alman gerekir. 1 yaşından itibaren her çocuğun günde 5–7 saat Kitaya gitme hakkı vardır. Eğer her iki ebeveyn de çalışıyorsa, daha uzun veya daha esnek bakım saatleri mümkün olabilir. Jugendamt, senin durumun için hangi bakım süresinin uygun olduğunu bulmana yardımcı olur. Örneğin, akşamları veya hafta sonları çalışıyorsan, çocuğun için esnek bakım seçenekleri alabilirsin.
