İş yerinde beni hangi yasalar korur?
- Anayasa (3. Maddesi): Tüm insanlar yasa önünde eşittir.
- Allgemeines Gleichbehandlungsgesetz (AGG – Genel Eşit Muamele Yasası): Başvurularda, işe alımlarda, terfilerde, çalışma koşullarında ve işten çıkarmalarda dezavantajlı muameleyi yasaklar.
- İşyeri Yasası: Çalışanlara Betriebsrat'a (işyeri konseyine) şikâyette bulunma hakkı verir.
Ayrımcılığa neler örnektir?
- Başvuru süreci: İsim, köken, cinsiyet veya engellilik nedeniyle ayrımcılık.
- İş hayatı: Maaşta, terfilerde veya iş görevlerinde eşit olmayan muamele.
- Taciz: Ayrımcı sözler, mobbing veya cinsel taciz.

Ayrımcılığa uğradığımda ne yapabilirim?
- Kanıtlarını sakla; örneğin başvuru belgeleri, e-postalar, notlar veya tanıklar.
- İşyerinde bir şikâyette bulun; örneğin insan kaynaklarına veya Betriebsrat'a. Birçok şirkette AGG için özel bir şikâyet birimi de vardır.
- Bir danışma merkezine başvur.
- Hukuki adım at – süre: olaydan sonra 2 ay (§ 15 fıkra 4 AGG).

Haritada gösterReachOut is a counselling centre for victims of right-wing, racist and anti-Semitic violence in Berlin. We also support and advise relatives, friends of the victims and witnesses of an attack. We offer the following:
- psychosocial counselling and emotional support after an attack.
- referral to therapeutic offers and other counselling centres, e.g. in the case of problems with residence permits
- decision-making assistance and support in further proceedings, legal options and in the search for lawyers
- Advice on financial support (legal aid, compensation payments, etc.)
- Preparation and follow-up of court proceedings
- Accompaniment to the police, authorities, court appointments, doctors
- Public relations (e.g. press releases about attacks, events),
- Information and educational events on racism, right-wing extremism and anti-Semitism in Berlin.
Our consultations are free of charge, voluntary and anonymous upon request.
