The aim of this project is to improve the housing situation of refugees living in shelters in Berlin.
Residents in accommodations of the State Office for Refugee Affairs as well as employees and volunteers in the facilities for refugees can contact the BuBs (Berlin Independent Complaints Office) if they would like to point out problems or difficulties in the facilities. Anonymous complaints are also possible. The counselling is multilingual.
In the future we will offer consultation hours in the complaint office and in the accommodations. Due to the corona situation, complaints can currently only be received by telephone, e-mail or video call.
