The offer is basically aimed at migrants from the age of 27 with a permanent residence status and up to three years after entry or obtaining the permanent residence status.

The MBE offers free counselling mainly on the following topics:

• German language courses (e.g. integration courses)
• Work and vocational training (job search, recognition of vocational qualifications, etc.)
• Children and family
• Economic situation (income, job centre, debts...)
• Health (health insurance, medical care, pregnancy, disability)
• Everyday matters (contact with authorities, housing, leisure time...)
• Legal questions concerning residence

We offer:

• Advice on issues relating to residence law and related areas of law, such as citizenship law
• Cooperation with other projects, such as the Integrationslots:innen, the Stadtteilmütter project, the migration advice service for adults (Migrationsberatung) and the social advice service at tam (Sozialberatung) Referral to other specialist advice centres if required

Counseling is available in German, English and Chinese. Mediation for other languages is possible by prior arrangement.

LARA's Mobile Counselling is a free service for refugee women* who are affected by violence.

We advise, accompany and inform impartially and confidentially, regardless of how long ago the act(s) of violence occurred. Even after years, violence

suffered violence can have physical and psychological consequences for the victims. You can contact us if you have been or are still currently a victim of violence.

• Physical violence (e.g. pushing, hitting, choking, kicking, imprisonment)
• Sexual violence (obscene jokes and comments, unwanted, touching up to rape)
• Psychological violence (e.g. threatening, name-calling, blackmailing, controlling, isolating)
• Human trafficking (you are forced to work against your will).

Mobile counselling takes place

• or at other places you wish.

Social law (especially Alg II, social assistance, pension, rehabilitation/participation, severe disability),

in all other areas of law only to a limited extent.

Every 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month, 16:00-18:00

*We support victims in finding peace after being a victim of a crime. In our counselling centre, those affected find a pleasant atmosphere and sufficient space to talk about the issues and feelings that move and burden them in connection with the crime they have experienced - regardless of whether it is bullying, a burglary or assault, stalking or domestic violence.

*On this basis, we explain and work out the next steps together with them and support them in implementing their concerns.

The project serves as a contact point for immigrants and people with refugee experience who are looking for a suitable job opportunity. Within the framework of personal support, individual competences are identified and initial steps are organised with regard to the application and networking with potential employers. Individual counselling on personal work biographies and competences

offers:

*Support with orientation on the training and labour market.

*counselling on recognition procedures and labour law issues

*Networking and mediation with potential employers and companies

*Personal coaching and mentoring before and during the application process and the first phase of employment

ReachOut is a counselling centre for victims of right-wing, racist and anti-Semitic violence in Berlin. We also support and advise relatives, friends of the victims and witnesses of an attack. We offer the following:

• psychosocial counselling and emotional support after an attack.
• referral to therapeutic offers and other counselling centres, e.g. in the case of problems with residence permits
• decision-making assistance and support in further proceedings, legal options and in the search for lawyers
• Advice on financial support (legal aid, compensation payments, etc.)
• Preparation and follow-up of court proceedings
• Accompaniment to the police, authorities, court appointments, doctors
• Public relations (e.g. press releases about attacks, events),
• Information and educational events on racism, right-wing extremism and anti-Semitism in Berlin.

Our consultations are free of charge, voluntary and anonymous upon request.

Our target group includes refugees in the asylum procedure, tolerated persons, people with border crossing certificates, stateless persons and non-registered persons, people in the family reunification procedure.

Offers are:

• legal and procedural advice on all legal and practical questions
• Accompaniment to the Aliens' Office/BAMF and administrative offices of the Land Berlin
• Inspection of files at the public offices, the Administrative Court Berlin or the Social Court Berlin
• Advice on work permits, entitlement to social benefits and health care
• Advice on family reunification
• Support in proceedings in cooperation with lawyers and regional networks in asylum and refugee work.
