Where can I get it?
There are several steps to apply for delayed school enrollment.
- Ask the Kita for the "Fachliche Stellungnahme der Kindertagesstätte zur Vorlage bei der Schulaufsicht" (Professional Statement from the Daycare Center for Submission to the School Supervisory Authority).

Register your child for the school medical examination and fill out "Form 109" together with the doctor.
- Submit the form during school registration. You will receive the decision by post.
- Extend the Kitagutschein (daycare voucher) with the Jugendamt (Youth Welfare Office).
