What is it?
You need an Umschulungsantrag (school transfer application) if your child should attend a different primary school from the one assigned to your home address.
Where can I get it?
You can find form "Schul 123" here:
Form
Please briefly explain why your child should attend a different school. For example:
- The school offers a special program that interests your child.
- A sibling already attends the school.
You can find more information in the Serviceportal.
What does it look like?
The application is an additional form. If necessary, submit it when registering your child for school (see Schulanmeldebogen (the school registration form)).
