What is it?
The form used to register your child at the responsible primary school is called the Schulanmeldebogen (school registration form).
Where can I get it?
You will receive the form either by post or from the school office of the responsible primary school (catchment area school). Registration takes place two weeks before the autumn holidays, one year before your child starts school. You can complete the registration directly at the school office.
Bring the following documents:
- School medical examination form (form name: "Schul 109")
- Identity documents for you and your child
- If necessary: support documents and the school transfer application form (form name: "Schul 123")
