A Motivationsschreiben (motivation letter) is a personal text. In it, you explain why you are interested in something, such as a job, a place at a university, or vocational training.
You write about what interests you, what you are good at, and why you are a good fit for the position.
Where can I get it?
You write the motivation letter yourself.

A motivation letter is a free-form text. It often looks like a letter and is usually one page long.
