Where can I get it?
There are several steps to apply for delayed school enrollment.
- Ask the Kita (daycare center) for the "Fachliche Stellungnahme der Kindertagesstätte zur Vorlage bei der Schulaufsicht" (professional statement from the daycare center for submission to the school supervisory authority).

Register your child for the school medical examination and fill out "Form 109" with the doctor.
- Submit the form during school registration. You will receive the decision by mail.
- Contact the Jugendamt (Youth Welfare Office) to extend your Kitagutschein (daycare voucher).
